The mountain has a lot of famed magnificent scenic sites in places. The trail of the valley which has Towangseong Falls is open to the public only up to Biryong Falls. The upstream of Biryong Falls is strictly restricted because of its rugged mountain terrain. Towangseong Falls Scenic Site No. 96. The water current starting from Mountain Seorak’s Hwachagbong Peak forms a waterfall here in Towang Valley and cascades down the mountainside. The 3-staged waterfall is the longest in Korea in 320 meters in length. The white stream of water down from the sky at the heart of the enveloped rock, like a folding screen forms a heavenly magnificent scenery, as though a white wide silk spread out.
